Shipping and Delivery

We are currently taking international orders manually for other countries, except those stated below. Please email us, support@fractalforestkauai.com with your order request.

All of our products are intentionally packaged and shipped in 100% sustainable, non-toxic materials; from our shipping boxes to packing materials and tape. 
Every formulation is made in small batches by our team, hand bottled in Miron glass. 
Miron glass is a patented UV light filtering glass that protects the life essence and quality of the product. Sunlight can have a degrading effect on natural products. This ancient technology (traced back to Egypt) keeps the more damaging rays of the visible light spectrum out and allows portions of the UVA and infrared light waves in, keeping the products inside fresher for a longer period of time. We highly encourage the reuse or recycling of these precious bottles.

Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. Orders that are in stock will ship out within 2-5 business days from the day the order was placed, unless the product is on backorder. 

Our warehouse ships Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for the item to be shipped from our warehouse(s) to the destination. Domestic shipping, delivery can take between 1-5 business days.

For international orders, delivery can take between 7-90 business days. 

International

The EU has recently implemented new tax laws, and until we register our business to align with their updated system, we cannot deliver to any EU countries. We are also unable to deliver to Australia at the moment until their postal system opens back up.

The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and fees upon delivery.

No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays or holds beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages.

Reshipping

Packages are returned for several reasons.  If you wish to have your package reshipped, you must email us with your name (the name on your order) along with your order number and that you are still interested in receiving your purchased items.  

The package will have to go through our return policy of inspection before we can replace, refund, or reship.

If the package was returned because of an error on our end, and it passes our in-house inspection (see our Return Policy), we will reship the package at no cost to you.

If the package is returned due to an error other than from us, shipping costs must be paid before we can reship your package.

We are not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or deliver fees. 

Unfortunately, we cannot process ANY refunds after 1 year from the order date. Your credit will be applied to gift card that you can use on our online portal at any time. 

 

Subscriptions

We will gladly refund you for your subscription up to two weeks before the next order date. Unfortunately, after that, we cannot offer a refund until the next order cycle.
