    For the evening hours

    I use the Reishi in the evening hours because of the powerful calming effects and because it helps give me the most gentle crossover into the best sleep ever. Now I wouldn't say it would instantly put me out like sleeping pills would so safe to use during times I haves spikes in anxiety too. But its so lush and comfortable and gentle and I never remember falling asleep. It's an ever so slow fade into the dreamworld. This one I have actually let my mother and girlfriend try. They both love it for all the same reasons.

    Just got mine!
