    Hard to overstate my results after about 90 days. Not saying it’s going to be the same for everyone - I’m starting with a solid foundation - I eat well, am very fit and active, meditate daily for 10+ years….     Fractal Forest is the only place I source my shilajit. I have been using it for years. I feel like shilajit has increased in popularity and you can find it almost anywhere but it just isn’t the same. There is a genuine difference in the quality and effectiveness of this potent resin.
